Classes

The Early Education Journey:

Teachers observe and document students’ development and academic progress to help parents make informed educational decisions. They offer parent conferences to understand each child’s unique learning style and tailor instruction accordingly. Teachers focus on teaching to the student rather than strictly following the curriculum, making adjustments to both challenge students and avoid frustration. The goal is to ensure that the child’s first learning experience is a positive one.

Our Classes

ENRICHMENT COURSES

The Academy offers a great opportunity for children to enhance their learning experience with enrichment classes! These classes are flexible, allowing for sign-ups on a daily basis, which is convenient for families with varying schedules. These classes are from 12:00-1:00. The 20-minute lunch break with friends gives students a chance to socialize. After lunch they are offer Friends at Play – 40 minute of playground or gym free play or you can choose the enrichment class for the day. Each month we create new fun and education classes with a wide variety of themes. These classes are fun a student benefit from the educational content.

PLAY GROUNDS

we love to get outside and play. We have four fenced in play areas so every class can have at least 30 minutes of outdoor play time. When the weather does not permit us to play outside, we have a full-size gym that we love to run around and enjoy.

MUSIC CLASS

We each student get to enjoy a weekly music class. We sing, dance and play instruments. In the fall we practice for our Christmas concert that you will not want to miss. In the spring we enjoy fun themed weeks fun and games all with a musical touch.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Students will have fun in P.E. on balance beams, exercise mats, and other equipment that will promote healthy exercise. A qualified instructor will teach games, run relays and play with your child with age-appropriate activities.

FUN FRIDAYS

we love Fridays because it gives up time to do fun project and craft during a little lesson structure day. Classes combine to get student more friends to play with and the opportunity to be taught by different teachers within their age groups.

FRIENDS AT PLAY

This class is offered each week Monday-Friday when school is in session. Students will enjoy 40 minutes of free outdoor play (weather permitting) with classmates. During inclement weather, your student will enjoy indoor play.

Cultural Art Events

The Academy at ONE Church encourages parents to participate in many of the fun activities that we provide. Fun days are enhanced by parent volunteers, and require limited planning.

Special Limited Time Admission

To be added to a waitlist, you simply need to complete the enrollment form and email it back to the school. If a spot becomes available, we will reach out to the first family on the list, see if they are interested in the placement that is available, and invite them in for a tour.
